Recently, ZOJE’s "Z+ Service Plus One" technical exchange and service inspection tour visited two major garment industry hubs—Dandong in Liaoning and Yanbian in Jilin—bringing professional technical services directly to the production frontline and effectively addressing factory operational and maintenance challenges.
Concurrently, ZOJE's headquarters conducted specialized training on automatic pocket-welting and pocket-setting machines, continuously enhancing the technical expertise and comprehensive service capabilities of its service teams.
Dandong and Yanbian, with their unique border-location advantages, are core garment industry clusters in Northeast China. Dandong, in particular, boasts a well-developed industrial chain with notable export advantages in outdoor sportswear and down jackets, and serves as a key production base for medical protective clothing in Northeast China. The local industry is currently undergoing a transition from OEM and contract manufacturing toward branded, independent development, with strong demand for intelligent manufacturing upgrades. Yanbian, meanwhile, features a diverse range of garment categories and steadily expanding industrial scale, with a predominance of small and medium-sized factories that have a pressing need for stable equipment operation, automated process implementation, and professional maintenance services.
This on-site inspection and training initiative is a key measure by ZOJE to directly address the pain points of Northeast China's garment industry development and help regional enterprises improve quality and efficiency, delivering the most urgently needed technical support to factories in both regions.
This special initiative covered a total of nine core garment enterprises in the region, reaching over 30 frontline maintenance technicians. Based on the equipment in use and the actual needs of each factory, the service team delivered targeted hands-on technical training, truly achieving a "one-factory, one-strategy" approach, with instruction tailored to their specific requirements.
The training focused on core areas including equipment debugging techniques, common fault diagnosis, routine maintenance practices, and production process optimization. Combined with real workshop production scenarios, the team provided on-site Q&A and practical demonstrations, guiding maintenance personnel hands-on to thoroughly master core equipment operation and maintenance techniques. This effectively reduced equipment downtime and provided a solid guarantee for stable factory operations.
ZOJE’s headquarters simultaneously conducted specialized training on automation equipment, focusing on the two core automated models—pocket-welting and pocket-setting machines. The training provided in-depth coverage of equipment debugging, maintenance and repair, process adaptation, and troubleshooting, comprehensively sharpening the technical skills of the service team, addressing service gaps in automation equipment, and enhancing overall technical and service capabilities.
From the production frontline in Northeast China's border regions to the headquarters training classroom, ZOJE, through its "Z+ Service Plus One" initiative, provides hardcore technical support for the high-quality development of the garment industry.
